Sterk Financial Services has an immediate, full-time opening for a Client Service Representative in our expanding Dakota Dunes, SD office. Sterk Financial Services is based in Dakota Dunes, SD and is an established and growing financial services firm. JOB OVERVIEW

As a Customer Service Associate, your role is a crucial point of contact for clients, helping them navigate their financial journey while providing key support to financial advisors and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be working directly with clients and our Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service for a variety of client requests. This position allows for opportunities for advancement in Client Service as well as other areas of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional client service for a variety of client requests.
• Prepare and work with clients on completion of paperwork related to account openings, transfers, and client updates.
• Manage specific client follow ups such as annual RMD calculations.
• Work with advisors on client projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in client service or in the financial industry.
• Proficiency with basis computer applications such as Microsoft windows, Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Series 6/66 exams will be required.

COMPENSATION

We offer one of the most flexible and competitive compensation plans in the area.

• Salary commensurate with skills, knowledge, and experience. Salary range $48,000 - $75,000.
• Benefits include health care, vacation, employer matching retirement contributions and early out two Fridays per month.
