We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Digital Media Sales Consultant to join our Sparklight Advertising Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from local businesses to regional brands, delivering innovative marketing solutions that get results.

What You’ll Do

Drive new business development through cold calls, prospecting, networking, and relationship building.

Identify, target, and secure new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

Present, pitch, and sell a full suite of digital marketing solutions, including OTT/CTV, Digital Audio, YouTube, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, DOOH, and more.

Translate client business challenges into tailored marketing strategies and solutions.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs.

Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipeline and track opportunities.

Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver exceptional client results.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and campaign recommendations.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand your reach.



Qualifications

License & Transportation: You’ve got a valid license, reliable wheels, and a clean record—ready to connect with clients and grow your local market.

Proven Sales Ability: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience (digital media sales preferred).

Goal-Driven: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with OTT/CTV, Digital Audio, YouTube, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, DOOH, and more —or the willingness to learn quickly.

People Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging with diverse audiences.

Self-Starter: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle rejection with resilience.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms; able to adapt to new tools quickly.

Relationship Builder: Skilled at earning trust and maintaining long-term client partnerships.

Preferred

Experience in advertising/media sales or agency work.

Established relationships with local and regional businesses.

College degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
