The Women’s Resident Counselor is responsible for providing daily devotions, conducting intakes with potential residents, overseeing the safety of all residents, communicate information to other employees, answer phone calls, and complete stats and bed list forms. The Women's Shelter position is a full time position, 40 hours a week, rotating schedule with being off every other Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The pay range for this position is $15-$18 an hour.
